Ordering an item from the website is easy, just use the shopping buttons on each product page. The cart and payment use Paypal. This service is fully secure and reliable.

Returns
 

All items are made to order.
We do not carry stock and cannot accept returns based on any mistake made by the customer in the ordering process, so bear this in mind while ordering and choose your sizes and colours carefully. If you need help with either decision, then do not hesitate to contact us. We are happy to help with any questions you may have.

Returns will be very occasionally considered and are at the manager's discretion, but will not be granted for something ordered in the wrong size or colour.

Shipping and Delivery
 

Lead time for items is usually approximately 2-4 weeks (plus delivery times).

We send items out using Colissimo International service only. This is to ensure the safe delivery of your items. We apologize for the slightly higher price, but this service uses tracking numbers as standard and we have found that the quality of service is excellent.

Expected delivery time for domestic shipping is approximately 2-5 working days.
Expected delivery time for international shipping is approximately 5-8 working days.

All parcels are packaged discreetly.

Latex Care 

All products are sent out talced: to achieve full shine as seen in pictures, please add silicone lubricant. Only use additive-free silicone suited for personal use, not mechanical lubricant! After wear, wash with a neutral soap and allow to dry before storing. Store colours seperately to avoid running or discoloration. There are two methods for storage to avoid sticking and damage to the items: talced, or lubed. Store away from sunlight and heat, as latex is a natural material that will otherwise degrade. Well cared for, latex should have a very long life! We have items more than 10 years old which are still good as new.

 Do you carry out repairs?
We do, although it does depend on the current workload and the extent of repair to be carried out. We can give you a quote or current availability if you e-mail us with a summery of what needs to be repaired and any pictures that may help explain the issue.

 Do you accept payment via cheque or money order?
We do not accept payment by cheques.
