Ordering and Payment
To order an item from the website, this is easy, just use the shopping buttons on each products pages. the cart and the payment is curently featured by Paypal. This service is fully secure and reliable.

Returns
All items are made to order.
We do not carry stock and cannot accept returns based on any mistake made by the customer in the ordering process, so bear this in mind while ordering and choose your sizes and colours carefully. If you need help with either decision, then do not hesitate to contact us. We are happy to help with any questions you may have. Any returns are rarely considered and are at the manager's discretion, but will not be granted for something ordered in the wrong size or colour.

Shipping and Delivery
Lead time for items is usually approximately 2-4 weeks (plus delivery times).

We choose to make a unique price a this time for the shipment, this price is fixed to 15 euros

Expected delivery time for domestic shipping is approximately 2-5 working days.
Expected delivery time for international shipping is approximately 5-8 working days.

All parcels are packaged discreetly.

 Do you carry out repairs?
 We do, although it does depend on the current workload and the extent of repair to be carried out. We can give you a quote or current availability if you e-mail us with a summery of what needs to be repaired and any pictures that may help explain the issue.

Do you accept payment via cheque or money order?
We do not accept payment by cheques.
